- Upgrade the MOET's (Ministry of Economy and Trade) management system, thus enabling it to acquire the ISO 9001/2000 certificate.
- Provide an assessment of the MOET's existing management and system infrastructures.
- Identify the measures necessary for the future implementation of an ISO Certification Project for the MOET's departments, including the development of a TOR.
