Description: This project consists of an overall market survey describing the actual situation of apple agriculture in the project region in Akkar, and the market prospects for the primary produce. The study recommends a coordinated strategy for apple agro-industry in the Akkar region with market prospects in Lebanon, the Gulf States, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the EU.
