- Equip the Ministry of Economy with the proper IP infrastructure.
- Provide the MOET with a modern and appropriate strategy that enables it to constantly and effectively educate and raise public awareness concerning IP issues.
- Transform the notion of IP among consumers from a legal concept to a developmental instrument, linked directly to their everyday life.
