Description: The objective of this project was to upgrade ASEZA’s capacity through technical assistance, infrastructure development and training.
The specific objective was to assist the Environment and Food Laboratories in training the Chemistry staff on all aspects related to the analysis of organic acids and sugars in food samples using the Ion Chromatography IC technique according to best international practices.
